Start the festivities off at 12:00pm sharp with a glass of G.H. Mumm on arrival before being shown to your seats for an afternoon of fine dining, races and a cheeky flutter on the sweeps, courtesy of The Flinders Foundation, our event Charity Partner.
Our 3 hour beverage package featuring the meticulously crafted wines of Jim Barry, has been paired with a four course sophisticated Modern Australian menu curated by Head Chef Nicholas Dorsett.
Watch the day events unfold on our TV screens, with the main race Live and Loud commencing at 2:30pm.
Sweeps will be organised by the wonderful Flinders Foundation and remember to 'dress to impress' to be in the running to win one of our best dressed prizes including meat trays, venue gift vouchers and more!
